Flynn Taggart was born in Desert Bluffs. He was raised by both of his parents and attended schools in Desert Bluffs, where he went through school with average grades. At age 13, he was enrolled in the adventurer’s school at the University of the Raeniasya, where he trained as a gunslinger.
At age 18, he graduated and became a member of the Desert Bluffs Guard. He moved upwards through the ranks, being promoted to First Lieutenant in 2014. He continues to serve this role and occasionally trains students at his alma mater.
